A commissioned work, inspired by the Wizard of Oz. A mechanical heart that has withstood some tough times, but keeps on ticking.  When the mood feels right, red LED lights cast a warm glow in the heart box.

 

Assembled from: catering box, picture frame, alarm clock, antique spoons, tea steeper, golf club plate, sewing machine attachments, door chains, hardware from a 1961 Mercedes, wall paper, red LED lights and assorted salvage hardware.
